Description
Palm sugar or palm sugar as an ingredient in foods and sweets in common use in Asia [1] Middle East and North Africa [2] , which taste sweet like sugar made from the sap from the trunk stamens or “snare” of the plant species of palm in. Most of Thailand is made from coconut trunks , which is also known as coconut sugar. The sugar produced from turkey sugar called jaggery. Thailand produces palm sugar in many provinces in the central region such as Phetchaburi and the southern regions such as Surat Thani.
