Aachi meat masala
Meat Masala Ingredients: Coriander, Red chilli powder, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, salt, turmeric, garlic, cardamom, fennel, star anise, dry ginger and red lentils.
To cook 1.6Kg meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste. Mix with 1tsp ginger garlic paste. Add salt and 4tsp strained curd. Marinate clean and cut meat pieces with the mixture. Keep for 1hr. Heat 4 tbsp oil. Fry till crisp 2 sliced onions. Add marinated meat, 50g Aachi Meat Masala. Stir for 5 mins. Add 2 cups of water and required amount of salt. Pressure cook for 10 mins. Now tasty hot Aachi meat masala is ready to serve.
